About Me

I am a work psychologist and interested in the behaviour of people at work and its reciprocal relationship. This interest is across a number of areas.

The majority of my research is based on the refinement/identification of individual differences in adjustment to shift work and driver sleepiness. However, my research also extends to areas that are core to organisational behaviour/human resource management. Some publications focus on the contribution of learning to organisational performance, occupational health and safety, Australian selection practices and work-life conflict.

Prior to becoming an academic, I worked for BHP Steel in a number of HR roles across a number of locations.
