About Me
With over a decade of experience in academia, I am deeply committed to advancing knowledge and practice in the field of management through impactful research and high-quality teaching. I currently serve as a Lecturer in Management at the School of Business and Law, Central Queensland University (CQU), Australia. Prior to this appointment, I had the privilege of contributing to the University of Melbourne as a Lecturer and Tutor and earlier served as an Assistant Professor at NMIMS University, India.
My research spans Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Education 4.0, and Sustainable Development across organizational contexts. To date, I have authored more than 30 peer-reviewed articles published in leading international journals, including several ranked in the ABDC categories (8 A and 4 B, 1 C). In addition to journal publications, I have developed two teaching cases published through Ivey Publishing—one on Rebel Foods and another on RampMyCity—as well as a case study on SecondBite Australia published with Sage Business Cases.
Through publishing across diverse scholarly and practitioner-oriented platforms, I aim to bridge theory and practice, demonstrating the real-world relevance and impact of my academic work. I remain dedicated to excellence in both research and teaching, contributing meaningfully to the academic community and the broader management profession.
