Dr. Esteban Bernal is a Senior Research Officer at the Centre for Railway Engineering. He received his PhD in Condition Monitoring and IoT Technologies for Railway Applications. He has participated in several research and consultancy projects at the CRE, involving the development of specialized testing equipment, railway vehicle dynamics, condition monitoring, wear and rolling contact fatigue, among other topics.
