About Me

“You have been given the opportunity of a lifetime, it means absolutely nothing if you don’t take advantage of it in the lifetime of the opportunity.” We have all been given the opportunity of life and it is our responsibility to make the most of our opportunity. In this regard, I attempt to help undergraduate students learn how to learn and learn how to think. Once you have the ability to learn and think you have the ability to answer most of the questions that occur in life as long as you are willing to dedicate enough time to master the required skill.

With research higher degree students (RHD) the abilities of learning and thinking are applied as the goal of research is the creation of new knowledge. Thus, RHD students are required to think of a novel idea and learn the skills required to answer the research question they have developed. Research is exciting and should be conducted with the end-goal of making the life we currently live better.

When I am not working I prefer to be at the beach going for a surf, spending time at the gym, or playing/watching sport.

If you have any questions about RHD programs or collaborations please do not hesitate to contact me.

Have a great day,

Vin
