Dr. Sadia Ehtisham is currently a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Central Queensland University’s Melbourne Campus. With over fifteen years of academic experience, she has made substantial contributions to teaching, research, and program management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in prestigious business schools across Australia and Pakistan.
Sadia completed her PhD at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2024 and holds both an MBA and an MPhil. She also brings valuable industry experience, having worked as an HR Manager for nearly six years.
As an active researcher, Sadia has developed advanced quantitative data analysis skills over twelve years. Her research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Diversity, and a broad range of organisational and employee outcomes at both macro and micro levels. She has authored more than 25 scholarly articles, which have received over 2,000 citations, and her work has been published in highly regarded journals such as the International Journal of Hospitality Management and Tourism Review.
Sadia’s contributions have been recognised with several accolades, including the Vice Chancellor’s Excellence Award for Excellence as a Sessional Academic (2023) and the QUT Postgraduate Scholarship (2020-2024).
