About Me

Dr. Jintao Zhang currently serves as a lecturer in management at CQUniversity's School of Business and Law. Before joining CQUniversity, he was a senior lecturer in management at Torrens University Australia. Dr. Zhang has contributed to various academic roles in China and Australia, serving at institutions such as Australian Catholic University, the University of Newcastle, and Beijing Normal University Zhuhai, China. He earned his PhD in Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and holds master’s degrees in international business and business commerce in Accounting from the University of Sydney. He holds a B.B.A (Hons) from Northumbria University, UK. 

Dr. Zhang's research interests encompass innovation, global strategies, and corporate social responsibility. He has developed expertise in quantitative research methodologies and advanced skills in using tools like STATA. Additionally, Dr. Zhang is well-versed in various research techniques, including Structural Equation Modelling, Multilevel Analysis, Crossed Random Analysis, Necessary Condition Analysis, Propensity Score Matching, and Difference in Difference analysis.

Since 2009, Dr. Jintao has mainly taught management and international business courses. Before joining CQUniversity, he earned recognition with multiple teaching merit certificates, including Dean’s awards for excellence in learning and teaching.
