About Me
Dr. Shahid Khan obtained his Ph.D. from Monash University, Australia in May 2017. His thesis is entitled “Contagion Effects of Abusive Supervision Climate: A Multilevel Study” and considered gaps in the Organisational Behaviour research domain. He also completed his Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the Queensland University of Technology, Australia in December 2017. In addition, he completed two Masters Degrees (MBA & MS – Management) with research thesis – Abusive supervision and negative employee outcomes (2010) – looking at role of dark side of leadership. His research interests include abusive supervision, negative emotions, counterproductive work behaviour and multilevel modelling.
