Christiana (Xiaoyan) Liang finished her PhD in Management from Monash University in 2017. Her research areas include international human resource management, immigrants’ process of acculturation and leadership. Prior to her employment at CQUniversity, she has taught various management units at both the undergraduate level and postgraduate level at Monash, ranging from business ethics, leadership practices and principles, managerial communication and introduction to management. Further, Christiana completed a Master’s degree in Intercultural Business Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature in China. She worked in the industry (marketing and consultancy) in Shanghai for two years before commencing her PhD.
