Dr. Catherine (Cait) White is based on the Brisbane Campus. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Communication, and her research explores organizational communication, discourse, and rhetoric. Cait is the primary Unit Coordinator for BUSN20017: Effective Business Communications. In addition to this Unit, she has taught BUSN20019: Professional Project, BUSN20020: Business Internship, HRMT20019: Leading and Managing Change, HRMT20028: Organisational Change Management, MGMT20135: Critical Thinking and Managerial Decision Making, and MGMT11109: Introduction to Management. In addition to her academic work, she has conducted consultancy work for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. In this capacity, she had delivered workshops and training materials about organizational communication, email, persuasion, training, and professional presentations.
