With over a decade of academic experience across Australia, Malaysia, and Pakistan, I have developed a sustained and impactful teaching and research profile in the fields of management, digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability. My research is driven by a commitment to addressing contemporary organizational and societal challenges, particularly through the integration of emerging technologies and sustainable business practices. I am currently a Lecturer (Management) in the School of Business & Law at Central Queensland University (CQU), Australia. Moreover, I have had the privilege of working as a Sessional Academic at RMIT University and the University of Melbourne. Prior to this role, I served as a Senior Lecturer at Taylor's University Malaysia and held the esteemed positions of Assistant Professor and Head of Research at Superior University, Pakistan.

I have developed rich experience in co-leading and collaborating on grant-funded projects across different countries, working with diverse stakeholders and international research teams. I have been actively involved in externally and internally funded research projects across multiple countries. My total research funding as co-lead to date is approximately $100,000, supporting projects focused on digital transformation, human resource innovation, sustainability, and inclusive workforce outcomes. These projects reflect my ability to attract funding, collaborate across institutions, and produce research with real-world relevance and policy implications.

Moreover, I am an experienced postgraduate and doctoral supervisor, having supervised 12 PhD graduates (5 as principal supervisor and 7 as co‑supervisor), as well as over 65 Master’s by research students across multiple countries. I have also successfully contributed over 100+ research articles to various top tier international journals. My research portfolio includes 65+ publications in Web of Science, 67+ in Scopus , 25+ in ABS, and 30+ in ABDC indexed journals (5A*, 15A). This body of work has garnered significant recognition by over 7000+ citations with h-index 39. These metrics affirm my commitment to producing impactful and high-quality research within the academic community.

My research leadership is further demonstrated through international collaboration, editorial and reviewing roles, and academic service. I actively review for leading journals, serve as an external thesis examiner, and have delivered over 100+ international workshops and guest lectures. These activities contribute to knowledge dissemination and strengthen global research networks. The quality and impact of my research have been recognized through multiple awards, including Research Excellence Award, Highest Citations Award, and Emerging Researcher Award, as well as a Best Paper Award at an international conference. These distinctions reflect both scholarly excellence and the applied relevance of my work.
