About Me

Dr. Elaheh Yadegaridehkordi is a lecturer at the College of Information & Communications Technology (ICT), CQUniversity. She has had the privilege of receiving the “Teaching Excellence Award” in recognition of her dedication to employing innovative instructional methods and inspiring student learning. She has taught a diverse range of courses in the fields of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), and business disciplines to a diverse range of students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has supervised master and PhD students and successfully secured research grants, further demonstrating her commitment to advancing knowledge in her fields of expertise.

In recognition of her remarkable research contributions, in 2023, Elaheh was recognized as "World's Top 2% Scientists" in the list published by Stanford University and Elsevier. Her research areas are management information technology, technology adoption, sustainability, big data, educational technology, health information systems, tourism management, etc. She has authored more than 80 impactful articles in leading academic journals, with over 3300 citations and an impressive h-index of 27. Notably, 44 of her articles have been published in Q1/Q2 WoS journals, and 11 have received the highest A*/A designation according to the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) list.

Background

Dr. Elaheh earned her Ph.D. in Information Systems under a highly competitive Malaysian government scholarship in 2015. Since then, her teaching and research experience span several prestigious universities, including being a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Prior to that, she was awarded the prestigious fellowship from the Iranian Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology in 2020, allowing her to contribute her expertise in teaching and research at Amirkabir University of Technology. Meanwhile, she was Post-Doctoral Research Fellow for three years at the University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia.
