About Me

I am a passionate STEM educator and stellar astrophysicist, with 13 years of experience across research, teaching and industry. I teach Math and Physics within the School of Access Education at CQUniversity.  My research is focused on stellar magnetism, unravelling the possible history and evolution of the Sun's magnetism and discovering planets around Sun-like stars. In addition to my research experience, I hold a GDip Learning and Teaching with six years of experience teaching across the secondary and tertiary education sectors, including as a supervisor for preservice teachers. I also hold a BEng with 3 years of experience in the engineering industry.
