Twenty years in middle and senior leadership roles in the Australian university sector
Various International research collaborations leading to quality research outcomes
A total of more than $2 million in external research grant funding, 137 publications, including books, book chapters and .A/A*/Q1 journal articles, successfully supervised 11 researcher higher degree students to completion, including 7 PhDs, examined 12 research higher degree theses. A wide range of industry, government and community partnerships resulting in influential reports, books and other publications, leading in some cases to significant policy action and government budget allocations.
Past committee chair, and member of various advisory boards, for state and federal governments, community organizations e.g. Australia Council for the Arts, the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria, FECCA, CEDA, Multicultural Centre for Working Women and so on.
International reader for the Australian Research Council for 20 years. Reviewer for a wide range of management, human resource management and education journals. \
Selected to participate in the Prime Minister's 2020 Summit in 2008.
