Dr Dean J. Miller is a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CQUniversity's Appleton Institute of Behavioural Science, located on Kaurna Land. Dean's research examines the relationships between sleep, physiological recovery, and utilising wearable technology to examine physiological markers of health.
Background
Dean Miller completed his undergraduate degree in Psychological Science and Exercise Science at the University of Adelaide, and completed his doctoral thesis at CQUniversity. Dean's thesis examined sleep measurement tools, circadian strategies, and dietary factors pertaining to sleep in athletes. Dean’s research continues to focus on the relationships between exercise, sleep and physiological markers of health/recovery.
