About Me

I am an Internationally Qualified Registered Nurse, licensed in Australia, Ghana, and the United States, with more than 18 years of combined clinical, teaching, and research experience. My career began in Ghana, where I advanced to Senior Nurse Educator and Associate Lecturer at the University for Development Studies. I hold a PhD from Deakin University, Australia, where my research focused on dignified care for older adults and the development and psychometric evaluation of patient-reported outcome measures. I have also worked as Research Project Coordinator with the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria in Melbourne. I am currently a member of the academic staff at CQUniversity, contributing to nursing education and research.
