My research interests are in the areas of marine and coastal wetland ecology, anthropogenic and multiple stressor impacts to coastal wetlands, and coastal restoration ecology. My research experience includes monitoring and assessment to determine ecosystem health, conducting manipulative small- and large-scale laboratory and field experiments, and implementing vegetative coastal wetland restoration efforts. Currently, my research involves implementing seed-based restoration techniques to enhance resilience in seagrass habitats.
