About Me
Dr Steven Boyd is a Senior Lecturer of Property within the School of Business and Law at CQUniversity.
Since 2001 he has been active in property funds management, valuation, consultancy and education. During the past 13 years Steven was part of the Property Operations team for a Brisbane based funds management company before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2007 to manage a consultancy and valuation practice. Steven is the immediate past President of CCIQ Noosa (Noosa Chamber of Commerce). He contributed to state's Australian Property Institute as an elected Divisional Councillor and the region's Property Council of Australia (PCA).
With the help of Dan McKinnon from AppFactory, in the Innovation Centre, Steven designed and developed REFeasibility. REFeasibility is a mobile application enabling the assessment of project feasibility on the move.
