Professional Experience

Seven years as the Management/Business teacher at (TAFE) now CQUniversity.  As Management/Business Teacher, I have developed and coordinated four different programs including Diploma of Management, Diploma of Business, Certificate IV in Small Business Management, Certificate IV in Business by distance e-learning systems to mainstream students as well as face-to-face for international students.  I have also prepared and applied for registration of my programs (Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Frontline Management) as well as registration of CRICOS (international programs)

Responsibilities

·    Coordinate Diploma of Business international student program, develop and cordinate, deliver and assess distance Diploma of Management, develop and coordinate, deliver and assess distance Certificate IV in Small Business Management, develop and coordinate, deliver and assess face-to-face Certificate IV in Business (International Students)                                                                                      ·     Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences

·     Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs

·     Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and offers plans for improvement

·     Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures

·     Ensure all student assignments and records comply with audit standards

·     Provide a blended delivery in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process

·     Coordinate and implement online projects to promote e-learning to external students

·     Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students and other professionals on a regular basis

·     Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment

·     Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, peers, and industry

·     Assume responsibility for meeting performance goals

·     Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines and honouring schedules
