Been a sessional lecturer at various universities in their respective undergrad and postgrad programs in Organizational Behaviour, Management and Leadership, HRD and Corporate Strategy. Have been a CPA Australia's capstone unit "Global Strategy and Leadership" lecturer and examiner for Pearson Education for several years. Extensive consulting experience in the public, private and NGO sectors in HRD and management and leadership development in Australia and overseas.
