I commenced my university studies as an adult student and a mother of two young children. It took me longer than than the standard three years to complete a Bachelor of Informatics. I then went on to complete a Masters of Professional Education and Training.
My initial employment with CQUni was teaching mathematics in the STEPS course. After several years I teamed with the running of the Mathematics Learning Centre on the Mackay campus. I now work as an Educational Developer with Learning and Teaching Services.
