I worked closely with the Discipline Lead Accident Investigation on strategic development, focusing on operational implementation. I coordinated the operational activities of the ten-person teaching team including Crash Lab management, course development and review, accreditation processes, course scheduling and program marketing of the Accident Investigation program. This included an expansion of targeted marketing into new regions and new industrial domains such as rail.
