I am currently a PhD candidate with CQUniversity (expected completion 2020). My PhD research focuses on disaster resilience in early childhood education, and involves the development and evaluation of a professional learning program for early childhood educators.
I began my career in education as a classroom teacher in primary and high schools in regional Queensland. During my time at CQUniversity, I have worked in a variety of student support roles, including over two years as a Disability Adviser. Since 2017, I have worked as an academic casual, with a focus on Educational Psychology.
