Professional Experience

1. Preparation and delivery of Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare Systems Engineering        courses.
2. Design, implementation, management and troubleshooting of training networks (LAN/WAN/Virtual).
Responsible for the building of CCNA and CCNP training Lab environment:

Rack-mounted, cabled, configured, and validated 16 2810-Series routers, and 9 2960-Series Switches. This included:
(a) Training Implementation Management and Troubleshooting of Core, Distribution and Student networks (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, BGP, STP, Frame Relay, IPv6, and Multicast)
(b) Management of Remote Access VPN/Terminal Server
(c) Demonstrating technology concepts, network designs, and hands-on (live) configurations
3. General network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting for production network:
(a) Router / Switch configuration changes and recommendations to Head Office IT Support.
(b) Troubleshooting networking connectivity
(c) Design & implementation of Classroom imaging system including management of classroom network and connectivity.
