Responsibilities

Education Support teacher

  • First contact person for new students from enrollment

  • Develop, deliver and assess distance students
  • Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs
  • Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and offers plans for improvement
  • Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures
  • Ensure all student assignments and records comply with audit standards
  • Provide a blended delivery in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process
