Rachelle Chee is a registered nurse and midwife who holds concurrent roles in academia and in clinical midwifery practice. Rachelle has worked across a wide variety of mainstream maternity care settings since 2010, including tertiary care and midwifery group practice. During her time working in midwifery group practice, Rachelle provided midwifery care in Wollongong Hospital's publicly-funded home birth service.
Rachelle completed a Bachelor of Nursing in 2007, and a Master of Science (Midwifery) in 2010, at the University of Wollongong. Her professional interests include clinical midwifery care, the effects of social media on pregnancy and birth, and midwifery care for First Nations families.
