Rachel is a VET Practitioner with over eight years vocational training and instructional design experience delivering competency-based training at AQF Level 2 3, 4 and 5 in the Business Services and Financial Services Training Packages in classroom, industry and online delivery modes. Rachel has extensive industry experience and is responsible for BAS Agent Registration Skill Set and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business courses at CQU. Rachel's delivery focus is on developing competencies in payroll, BAS, communication, workplace relationships, business and operational planning, and team facilitation.
