About Me

Holly is an Executive Officer and Coordinator Projects in the Office of Education, Strategy and Quality, where she leads the Projects Office and provides strategic and operational support to the Deputy Vice-President (Education). In this role, she coordinates complex projects, supports governance and reporting processes, and ensures alignment with organisational priorities. She works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate strategy into action, providing advice, project oversight and data-informed insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

She has a strong interest in learning and teaching research, particularly in initiatives that enhance student support and the overall student experience. Her work focuses on developing and evaluating evidence-based approaches that help students engage, succeed and thrive in higher education. Holly also holds a PhD titled Using DNA Double Strand Break Damage and Repair Capacity as an Indicator of Cancer Risk and Ageing Related Conditions, reflecting her research interests in disease risk and ageing. This research background informs a thoughtful and analytical approach to her current work as Executive Officer and Coordinator Projects within the Office of Education, Strategy and Quality.
