I have over 19 years of academic lecturing, practising quality assurance and compliance process and embracing administrative experience. I am currently engaging as sessional teaching staff to teach management and marketing courses to higher education providers. I have experienced in maintaining compliance of diverse domestic Registered Training Organization (RTO) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) colleges. I am also a consultant for a well-renowned childcare group, and I facilitate professional development for a community-based trainer’s group.
In 2018-19, I was the director of Academic Affairs and Compliance at a domestic RTO and CRICOS college in Sydney. I have acquired diverse skills from various qualifications covering the fields of Project Management, WHS, QMS, Risk Management, Leadership and Marketing. In 2017, I completed my Doctorate of Business Administration in WHS, and I have Postgraduate Degrees in Education, HRM and International Business.
