My background is in criminology and psychology. I am passionate about teaching and consider it a privilege to contribute to the development of future practitioners. My primary research area is child maltreatment and cumulative risk. My PhD thesis examined the links between child maltreatment and subsequent youth offending. In my current body of research I am focused on tracking individuals across multiple systems concerning child maltreatment, domestic violence, and general criminal offending. I hope my research will assist in identifying opportunities for prevention or intervention across the life-course of individuals.
