AJ Glazebrook is a psychological research strategist, and creator of effective psychological and neurocognitive-based wellbeing strategies, programs, and tools. Her work seeks to understand and inspire optimal human performance, health, and overcoming obstacles, for individuals and groups and home and at work.
Current research focus: Neuroscience and enhancement of posttraumatic growth (advantageous psychological transformation following trauma). Examining eye-tracking and EEG neuromarkers of posttraumatic growth, Trialing the use of a novel neurofeedback intervention to enhance posttraumatic growth.
