Lance has been a lecturer with CQUni since 2005, lecturing in the Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business and the Master of Professional Accounting.
Lance is the Head of Course in Law and Third Year Discipline Lead in Law units.
He is a co-author of the 3rd edition of the textbook Family Law Principles published in June 2021 by Thomson Reuters, The Lawbook Co with a revised update in 2022.
He has completed a PhD thesis on duress, undue influence and unconscionable conduct in family law financial agreements recommending reform of the Family Law Act 1975.
