Dr Lance Rundle is the Head of Course in Law and Third Year Discipline Lead in Law.
Lance is a co-author of the 3rd edition of the textbook Family Law Principles published in June 2021 by Thomson Reuters, The Lawbook Co. The text was updated in 2022 and a revised 3rd edition has been published in October 2023. The 4th edition will be published in 2024.
He has completed a PhD thesis on duress, undue influence and unconscionable conduct in family law financial agreements recommending reform of the law to determine the validity of a financial agreement under the Family Law Act 1975.
He has been a lecturer with CQUni since 2005, lecturing in the Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business and the Master of Professional Accounting.
